The brief :

The client wanted a bright, Open Real Estate office with high ceilings, glass walls, ample lighting, flexible workspaces, a stylish waiting area, a high-tech conference room, and a luxurious floating staircase.

The outcome :

In the Oxyhom project, we incorporated quartz stone for durable, elegant surfaces, along with light wood and neutral laminates to add warmth. Textured paint introduced depth, while fluted glass framed in black metal created refined partitions. CNC-cut HDHMR panels were used to seamlessly conceal doors.

Mirrors and curved forms enhanced openness and flow. Magnetic track and accent lighting offered flexibility, and large windows brought in natural light and ventilation.

Italian stone flooring flowed from the reception through cabins and the conference room, reinforcing a sense of luxury. The floating staircase served as a central design feature. Soft curves and cozy yards added comfort and balance to the space.
